1. Acceptance

By using Para Tech's website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this website. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Products and prices

Product descriptions, specifications, availability and prices are displayed as accurately as reasonably possible. Prices are stated in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise indicated. A displayed price does not guarantee availability until the order is accepted.

3. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order may be subject to stock, payment verification, fraud checks and fulfilment availability. Payment must be completed through the available payment method unless Para Tech expressly confirms another arrangement.

4. Delivery choices

Customers may be offered standard delivery, store pickup or self-arranged delivery depending on the order and location. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival times. For self-arranged delivery, Para Tech may provide a delivery contact after the order is ready; the customer is responsible for agreeing the delivery details and any delivery fee charged by that independent delivery person.

5. Store pickup

Pickup orders become collectible only after Para Tech confirms that the order is ready. The customer may be asked to provide order identification and reasonable proof of identity before release.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the product listing, manufacturer warranty and/or Para Tech warranty stated for the item. See the Warranty Policy.

8. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for providing accurate information. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service for unlawful activity.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website is the current version. Material changes will be presented appropriately where required.
