1. Warranty coverage
Warranty coverage is product-specific. Where a product listing states a Para Tech warranty period, that period applies from the date the order is delivered or collected unless the listing or warranty document states otherwise. Some products may instead carry a manufacturer or authorised distributor warranty.
2. What warranty may cover
- Manufacturing defects occurring during the applicable warranty period.
- Hardware faults covered by the applicable product/manufacturer warranty.
3. What is generally not covered
- Accidental or physical damage, liquid damage, burns or misuse.
- Unauthorised repair, modification, tampering or opening where it voids the applicable warranty.
- Normal wear and tear, consumables and cosmetic deterioration that does not affect function.
- Damage caused by incompatible accessories, abnormal voltage or improper installation.
- Software issues caused by unauthorised modification or malware, except where specifically covered.
4. Warranty claim process
Contact the Support Center with your order number, receipt and a clear description of the problem. We may request photos, videos, diagnostic information or an inspection before determining the appropriate remedy.
5. Assessment and remedy
Depending on the applicable warranty, the remedy may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement of a defective component, replacement of the product, or another remedy available under the applicable warranty and law. Warranty service does not automatically mean an immediate replacement.
6. Warranty and returns are different
A return request and a warranty claim are separate processes. A return may be subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy, while a defect discovered after the applicable return window may be handled under warranty.
7. Keep your receipt
Your Para Tech order receipt is proof of purchase. Customers can view or print their receipt from the order confirmation/tracking experience.
